My item has arrived broken. What should I do?
We're very sorry to hear this.
Let's sort it out ASAP. Message us below and provide as much information as possible. We may ask for photos or videos. This will help us determine what has happened, and can help us improve our service in the future.
My item has not arrived. What should I do?
We aim to dispatch all our products within 1-2 working days.
We send our parcels Royal Mail 48, (or Royal Mail 24 if selected).
You should be provided a Royal Mail Tracking Number which you can track here.
Delays can sometimes occur during busy periods so please be patient.
If you have still not received your parcel after 7 working days, please contact us, ensuring you provide your full name and order number.
